1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the QuickRyde platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. The Service

QuickRyde provides a technology platform that connects users (riders) with independent third-party transportation providers (drivers/partners). You acknowledge that QuickRyde does not provide transportation services or function as a transportation carrier.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must register for and maintain an active user account. You must be at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and agree to maintain the security and secrecy of your account username and password at all times.

4. Fares and Payment

You understand that use of the Services will result in charges to you for the services received from a driver ("Charges"). Charges will be inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. All Charges are due immediately and payment will be facilitated by QuickRyde using the preferred payment method designated in your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree to not use the Services to cause nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, or property damage, whether to the driver or any other party. In certain instances, you may be asked to provide proof of identity to access or use the Services, and you agree that you may be denied access if you refuse to provide proof of identity.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The services are provided "as is" and "as available." QuickRyde disclaims all representations and warranties, express, implied, or statutory, not expressly set out in these terms. In no event shall QuickRyde's total liability to you in connection with the services for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the total amount of fares paid by you in the last 6 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
